In the interest of improving upon the experience and the product we deliver we wish to inform you we are undergoing a major renovation project at the hotel. We are remodeling the lobby and upper parking deck to upgrade and improve our lobby, reception area, kitchen, breakfast room, exercise room, spa entrance, and business center. Construction hours will be from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally work may take place on weekends. The project is expected to be fully completed by May 15, 2013.

During this period, we will move our reception area and lobby sitting area to the second floor in what is now our meeting room. The current lobby and breakfast room will be closed during construction. We will not be serving breakfast, coffee and tea will be available all day as usual. Wine and cheese and our freshly baked cookies will continue to be served in our temporary lobby each evening. The Management and staff of the Avenue Inn apologizes for any inconvenience caused throughout this period.
