No Discounts offered from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.  Discounts offered prior to Memorial Day or after Labor Day will be based on our VIP Program.  Valid Discounts will be given at Check-In. Please call the front desk at 800-433-5870 for details on VIP Program.  Holidays and special events prices will vary.  Rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates are subject to an 8% state room tax. Children age 5 and under stay for free.   Minimum stays may apply.

Reservations, Advance Deposits & Refunds

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one nights lodging is required.  Cash and credit cards are accepted for advance deposits and upon check in.  Checks are accepted for advance deposits only and must be received fourteen days prior to arrival.  Refunds are made ONLY for reservations canceled seven days prior to arrival.  There will be a $20.00 fee on all cancellations. Failure to check-in by midnight of the scheduled arrival date may cancel entire reservation. Any Cancellations made within seven days of your arrival will result in forfeiture of your advance deposit in it's entirety.   Any changes in arrival OR departure dates must be made seven days prior.  Refunds will NOT be given for early departures, nor will refunds be given for weather related cancellations.  Travel Problems in other sections of the country or the world cannot have a bearing on our decision process.  We are not in the business of providing vacation insurance.  If severe weather prevents us from providing our normal first quality lodging experience, then we will refund a customer's funds on a prorated basis.   These conditions would include a loss of electric power for an extended period of time (minimum 8 hours) or significant damage to the property.  In all situations the decision of management is final.
